From the beginning, life has been a journey of movement, learning, and community for Riley McMurdo. Raised in cities across Texas and Colorado, Riley’s path has been shaped by a deep love of sports, a strong sense of family, and a growing passion for leadership and business.

After earning a degree in History from Colorado State University, Riley initially pursued education — even coaching middle school baseball — before ultimately discovering his entrepreneurial calling. In 2010, alongside his father, Riley co-founded their first SportClips franchise in Glendale, CO. Today, as President of TMAC Investments Inc., Riley oversees operations for 19 SportClips locations, driving growth through a people-first approach and rock-solid operational excellence.

But business is only part of the story. Riley is a husband to Jessica and a devoted father to three incredible kids — Finnley, Declan, and Delaney. His greatest joys come from family adventures, cheering on Colorado sports teams, and sharing laughs over good food and great movies.

As a member of the SportClips Team Leader Advisory Council, Riley stays at the forefront of industry trends while remaining grounded in the values that brought him here: integrity, humility, teamwork, and a genuine love of the journey.
